Scott Benigno
Legal Operations Administrator

Scott currently supports the HRL team as a Legal Operations Administrator. 

He grew up in New Jersey and graduated from Emory University with a degree in History and Economics. His research focus on Africa led him to first work in international development, where he managed complex global projects in countries including Ethiopia, Ukraine, and Uganda. These experiences sparked his interest in legal operations and cross-border compliance.

In his free time, Scott enjoys exploring D.C.’s diverse food scene, traveling, playing tennis, and reading about history and geopolitics.
