Siyabulela Ziyanda Mtshontshi
Business Development Coordinator 

Siyabulela joins the HRL team as Business Development Coordinator, bringing a genuine passion for building relationships that meaningful growth.

Siyabulela holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Studies and International Relations from the University of the Witwatersrand and a Master of Science in Management from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business. During her master's program, she served as project manager for a consulting engagement with a Singapore-based organization, a project later recognized through Georgetown's Spotlight Award Series with the Pathfinder Award.

Before joining HRL, Siyabulela spent four years working across business development, stakeholder management, and consulting with organizations across the United States, Africa, and Europe. She also co-founded Ubuntu Inclusive Centre, a social enterprise supporting children living with disabilities, which established South Africa's first low-cost inclusive multipractice clinic within an informal settlement.

Siyabulela is drawn to work at the intersection of relationships, leadership, and impact, which is precisely what brought her to Hylton-Rodic Law.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, public speaking, serving on the young adults ministry team, hosting her community, attending live sporting events, and discovering great food and journaling spots wherever she lands.
