Xinru Zhang currently supports the HRL team as a Marketing Assistant, assisting with digital content, communications, and brand initiatives across the firm.

She holds a Master of Science in Communication from Northwestern University, where she focused on strategic communication, media, and digital engagement. Xinru is interested in the intersection of communications, marketing strategy, and professional services, and enjoys working across teams to support clear and effective messaging.

In her free time, she enjoys photography, practicing yoga, and exploring new food spots around Washington, D.C.
