Shradha Jaiswal, LL.M. is a registered patent agent (limited recognition). Her practice includes patent preparation and procurement along with patent and literature searches and opinions in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, chemical, and mechanical arts.

Shradha has over six years of experience within the IP field, wherein she spent three years working in patent procurement primarily in the formulations, biopharmaceuticals, biotechnology, diagnostics, medical devices and products, bioprinting, biomarkers, diagnostics, targeted protein modulation and cell therapy space.

Her technical areas of expertise include cell and molecular biology, pharmaceutical biotechnology, pharmaceutical microbiology, pharmacology, biopharmaceutics, biochemistry, medicinal chemistry, and pharmaceutical chemistry.

Shradha expects to undertake the New York Bar Exam in 2024.

Outside of work, Shradha enjoys hiking and travelling to explore the varying wilderness that the country offers. Someday, she hopes to be able to tick off all the US National Parks off her list. She is an avid reader and is also slowly developing her green thumb.
